Catalyst Program

At DuPage Medical Group, we are committed to identifying and growing future physician leaders that will continue to provide excellent patient care and exhibit quality leadership skills. Through our Catalyst Program, DMG offers 3rd year, or Chief Year, Internal or Family Medicine residents the opportunity to kick start their careers at DMG. The Catalyst Program provides physicians with access to resources such as growing and developing leadership skills and learning what it means to take part in patient-centered care. In addition to a head start in a career at DMG, accepted physicians will receive up to one year of monthly stipends of $2,500 throughout the remainder of their residency.
